How we help.

As a 23-hour crisis triage center, our services are designed to offer short-term care, with the goal of stabilizing adults (18+) who are crisis within a 23-hour period. As the name suggests, the maximum stay is typically 23 hours, during which the individual receives ongoing assessment and intervention. If further care is needed beyond this time, the person may be transferred to a more appropriate level of care, such as inpatient hospitalization, residential treatment, or outpatient services, depending on their condition and treatment needs. Our goal is to stabilize the individual so they can return to the community or transition to another level of care.

  • Our Services Include:
    • Assessment and diagnosis: Immediate evaluation of the individual’s mental health status.
    • Medication management: If necessary, providing or adjusting psychiatric medications.
    • Therapeutic interventions: Counseling, therapy, and other mental health treatments.
    • 24/7 care: Unlike outpatient services, our Crisis Triage Center offers round-the-clock care to help ensure the individual’s safety and well-being.
    • Discharge planning: Preparing for the individual’s return to the community with appropriate supports in place.
